■ Overview
Mixed bed is the short title of positive and negative ion
exchanger resin mixed bed. It is one of the necessary
equipments for producing pure water and ultrapure
water. It is mainly used for removing the ion in
water in depth, to make the
resistivity of water up to MΩ.cm(25℃)even to 18MΩ.cm(25℃).
Notice: the resistivity of theoretical pure water
is 18.3MΩ.cm(25℃).
Our company’s mixed bed is
designed and manufactured by the special technology
imported from USA PERMUTIT company. Its casing adopts high quality carbon steel or stainless
steel with natural rubber lining. It is equipped
with advanced double-dish water distributor with
uniform water distribution and low resistance.
The small-scale equipment also applies organic
glass barrel material.
The regenerative method adopts advanced regenerative
technology with synchronous two-way internal jet
without top pressure, in addition easy and rapid
to regenerate, few pollution, low labor intensity
and high reproducibility. The matched ejector
pump is not need to make up a lot of acids and
alkalis when regenerate, only need concentrated
acid and concentrated base, which is omitted acid
preparation box. The size of alkali preparation
box is as 1/4 of normal size, which has reduced
the work capacity of regeneration and floor area.
The discharge liquid is alkaline, the pollution
characteristics of which is lower than strong
acidity.
According to different needs, the mixed bed is made of two
types as rough mixed bed and fine mixed bed. The
front one is used for making pure water below
10MΩ.cm(25℃), after the both is combined, the ultrapure water can be
made until 18MΩ.cm(25℃).
