■ Overview
Air flushing type medium pressure filter
is mainly used for removing the suspended matter
in water. The filter is designed and produced by
special technology imported form USA PERMUTIT company.
The equipment is made of main body and inner filling
medium. The material of main body is: stainless
steel or high quality carbon steel etc. The material
of carbon steel shall have lining natural rubber,
which is called steel lining rubber, and equipped
with advanced double-dish water distributor in body.
It is usually filled multi-layer refined quartz
sand as filtering medium in the equipment. During
working, the raw water with pressure comes into
upper water-collecting chamber from top, then after
be uniformly filtered via medium layer, comes into
bottom water-collecting chamber to flow out the
equipment, finally to be filtering water. The equipment
is equipped with air flushing function, when regenerate,
backwash and flush the medium to purge the residual
dirt on medium and in bed layer, in order to remove
the dirt during backwashing, and improve the quality
of water output and prolong the work period of equipment.
This equipment can be assorted with condensation
injection system to form filtering system with stronger
function; however, it must have air flushing function,
otherwise the dirt adhered on medium and in bed
layer can not be removed.
